Sankofa - learning from the past to build for the future

I received a Doctorate in educational psychology with a focus on social cognitive approaches to behavior. I have been working as an evaluation consultant for over 25 years. 

I am a trained evaluator, using social science research techniques to develop process and outcome evaluations, select methods and evaluation criteria to ensure the greatest impact from the desired outcomes.   

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy cooking and spending time reading on my back patio. 

I offer a complimentary 30-minute service to discuss needs, go over preliminary planning, and review the overall process and services offered.   

I am available on an hourly basis to give individuals and businesses consultation on  strategic planning, program evaluation, research methods, data analysis, and more.  

I offer a complete service that includes designing logic model and evaluation plans; identification of indicators to assess outcomes; data analysis; summary report with step-by-step actions for success.
